    Josam Company is a plumbing and drainage manufacturer with over 90 years of experience in the plumbing in the United States. We have been sourcing products from the Asia Pacific Region for over 20 years. (For more information please visit our website at ) 

    Josam Company Xiamen Representative Office was opened in 2006 and represents Josam Company in sourcing qualified OEM suppliers through out China. We are now looking for qualified people to fill below position: 


Summer Intern for Office Secretary 办公室秘书（暑期实习生）

Duty:

* Reception tasks.
* Organize related documents and information, office daily maintenance and optimization. 
* Coordinate with related staff in sourcing information and accomplishing assigned tasks.
* Simple translation tasks.

* 协助接待公司来访人员；
* 文件及信息整理和管理，办公室日常维护与优化；
* 协助其他员工搜集信息并完成相关任务；
* 简单翻译工作。


Requirements：

* College student who will graduate in 2012.

* Minimum 20 hours and at least 2 full days within one week, about 5 to 7 weeks from July to August.
* Good English skills in reading, writing, listening and speaking, you will be working with native English speaker. 
* Good PC skills, familiar with Office software.
* Strong learning ability and willing to listen, learn and summarize. 

* Detail-oriented. 
* Good at sourcing information.
* Good communication and cooperation skill, extrovert.

* Good at find problem and willing to suggest and solve problem. 

* Willing to do physical work. 

* 在校大三或大四学生

* 工作时间：7月到8月约5~7周，每周需保证有2个整天，至少20个小时在公司
* 具有较好的英语听说读写能力，你需要和外国人一起工作
* 熟练使用Office常用办公软件
* 有较强学习能力，乐于倾听，学习和总结

* 做事细心
* 较强的查找信息的能力
* 善于沟通协作, 性格开朗
* 善于发现问题，并且勇于和急于解决问题
* 乐于从事体力劳动
