实习周期(Internship Duration)：
2027年3月1日-2027年7月31日
March 1st, 2027 – July 31st , 2027
上班时间( Working Time)：
3月1日-3月19日（培训期）：8:00-17:00
3月22日-7月31日（正式上岗）：23:00-8:00
Training Period: March 1st -March 19th 8:00am.-5:00pm.
Night Shift: Mar. 22nd -Jul.31st 11:00pm.-8:00am.
工作职责(Job Responsibility)：
作为一名国际英语客服，需要接听来自北美地区的消费者的售后电话，为消费者提供售后服务，包括产品故障排除指导，更换损坏售后零件，帮助消费者在电话中下单购买产品以及解答消费者产品问题等。
As a global English-speaking service agent, you need to provide service to consumers from North America (U.S. and Canada), answering their phone calls on product enquiries, trouble shooting, issuing warranty claim, helping consumers to purchase and place spare part order over the phone, replying to their email etc
福利待遇(Salary and Welfare)：
培训期（白班，只学习知识无需工作）：2,265 RMB/月
正式上岗期-夜班(初级客服)：4,165 RMB-5,565 RMB/月
正式上岗期-夜班(高级客服,有INTEX CALL Center工作经验)：5,375 RMB-6,875 RMB/月
备注：薪资含夜班津贴及奖金，按实际工作日及工作表现核算。
实习期间提供免费食宿，水电及WIFI 空调。表现优异之实习生毕业后有机会留在集团工作。
Day shift training：2,265 RMB/Month
Night shift (Junior Agent): 4,165 RMB-5,565 RMB /Month
Night shift (Senior Agent, with working experience in Intex Call Center): 5,375-6,750 RMB/Month
Note: The above salary includes nightshift allowance and customer satisfaction reward, based on actual attendant days and working performance.
Meals, dormitory with wi-fi, water and electricity supply are free of charge.
